TO ORDER

Online - The quickest and easiest way to place an order is online. To place an online order simply browse through our website and place items that you want on your Wanted List by clicking the "Add to Wanted List" button. When you are ready to purchase your items, Checkout.

By Phone - To place an order by phone please call us at 1-800-567-4380. USA orders only.

By Mail or Fax - Click on the "Price Sheet" link at the bottom of the page for ordering Big Barbs and swich plates. Print out the form. Then print or type your order and completely fill out the form. DELIVERY

Unless specified we ship USPS or UPS Ground. We try to keep all merchandise in stock and will ship the next business day (if payment method is either charge card, money order or cash). Personal checks will be held until they clear the bank (7 to 10 days). If an item is out of stock, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Rates for P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may be higher.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, cash, money orders and personal checks. Please note that orders paid for by personal checks will be held until the check clears the bank (7 to 10 days).

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or you need to exchange the item for a different size, please let us know within 15 days. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund your money, replace, or exchange the item.

All exchanges are subject to reshipping charges. Please include payment for shipping and handling with your item to be exchanged. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return and a brief explanation for the refund or exchange.

Sorry we will not accept COD returns.
